A Pathway to Hope's annual Dogtoberfest! Bring your dog for a day of play at the North Haledon Dog Park: Halloween pack walk parade with our trainer, photo shoot, costume contest, and treats for dogs & humans. Open to the public, free admission. Bonus points for costumes! Funds raised help save more lives.
